Time is a precious resource, something that we can never get back. When we are mindful of our time we use it more wisely. In this episode, I will task you with a couple of exercises to pay attention and awaken your senses. When you are more aware of the present moment and find out how you currently perceive the passage of a minute. You can become more aware of time by meditating. Meditation can enable you to focus on the present moment and to let go of repetitive thoughts. While you are in your minute...what do you see, hear, smell, taste, and feel? Notice, when you focused on your senses, it's harder to think about other distractions. Practice will help you find one minute of time in your day to recenter and relax.
