Join us for part II in this series with Samii Emdur.🎙️ In 2018, Samii founded a 501(c)3 called Camp To Belong River Valley, a nonprofit that reunites siblings separated by foster care and/or adoption. CTBRV empowers siblings to build a strong relational foundation and encourages positive connection. CTBRV’s signature program is a week-long overnight camp whose programs are a catalyst for supporting siblings and therefore diminishing trauma.
Samii’s work was recently recognized on The Drew Barrymore Show.
She won the 2020 a overachievers grant By Pilot Pen Corporation in conjunction with Priyanka Choppra Jonas, and was featured as an ABC Hometown Hero, and PHL17 Remarkable Woman finalist.
Samii looks forward to continuing her mission of supporting biological families and reuniting siblings.
