In this podcast, an academic and a learning technologist from the University of Liverpool's School of Engineering talk to CIE about their ongoing project to use 'ITP Metrics', a teamwork-oriented online behavioural assessment platform, to help their students to both understand more about themselves as collaborative workers, and ultimately help them to become more effective team-workers for future study or employment-based contexts.
