Esta es una tecnología emergente que busca dar a los consumidores mejores productos, mayor precisión, personalización y sostenibilidad.

Nina Hoff is a role model for women and entrepreneurs, she has been included within the rankings of women in tech for being the CEO and co-founder of Byflow, a foodtech company that designs, produces, and distributes 3D food printers. This is an emerging technology that seeks to give consumers better products, greater precision, customization, and sustainability.
In this episode we have gone beyond the common format of Alimentalk, bringing to the audience the inspiring story of Nina and her family, and how together they have conducted the foodtech startup. Nina tells us about all her challenges when it comes to facing a tech world that has been mainly led by men as a young woman and gives us important reflections so that women have more participation and girls are encouraged to follow in the footsteps of technology.
