In this week’s episode of five to thrive Heather and Larry cover all things physical in regard to health & cancer.
We are all different. Everyone is diagnosed at a different stage in life, it isn't one size fits all.
Maintaining an optimal body weight is important for getting your body as strong as possible. Throw away your scale, lose some body fat, and your immune system is going to thank you.
Go outside as much as you can, move your body! It is good for your brain and your body.
Go on a walk with a friend. Make exercise fun. Try to find a way to get out of your head. Find a way to make yourself feel accomplished in what you are doing.
