Monday Motivation:
It is essential not to close doors for yourself by assuming that the answer will be no. Fear of rejection or failure can prevent us from taking action and pursuing our dreams. However, if we don't try, we will never know if the answer would have been positive. By adopting a mindset of openness and possibility, we give ourselves the chance to experience new opportunities. What if they said yes?

Heather has lived with metastatic breast cancer for over 20 years and is often contacted by women asking for help with their diagnosis and transition to life with mets.
