Andrew Baxter retired from law enforcement officer after nearly 29 years of dedication, loyalty, and quiet success. His father taught him the value of a hard day's work, and the virtue of treating everyone equally. Andrew understands the value and importance of leadership through mentoring and guiding. He is an effective speaker, instructor and goes out of his way to educate, whether it be in the classroom or in the field. His expertise and understanding of the world of trauma started when we he began the profession as a dispatcher.

Today, Dennis and Andrew discuss, handling poor leadership, taking a step back to think about your actions, employing non-judgement, the defund the police movement, living life with trauma, the life of a dispatcher and the importance of their job, taking risks that speak to your soul and life after law enforcement.
