Tracy Williams is the Creator and Founder of ‘Stories to be tolled’ a story series with a podcast series and an online learning platform aimed to encourage children and young adults to learn more about the significance of the British Empire and to explore perspectives about history through a more global context that is imaginative, thought provoking and engaging.
Inspiration for ‘Stories to be tolled’ derives from her passion for reading, love of history and her project work on Black History with organisations such as the ‘Nubian Jak Community Trust.’ Tracy is also a contributor to the ‘Hackney Diverse Curriculum’ where she created a learning program called ‘Let’s Go for a Walk’ inspiring and encouraging 9-14 year olds to learn more about the African and Caribbean presence in their local area.
