Today I spoke with Hillarie Wright the owner and founder of Creative Capital Lenders. This company is a division of the parent company, The Apprentice Network, that has been owned and operated by Hillarie since its creation in 2007. Hillarie has worked in almost all facets of real estate, starting in 1999, in areas including single-family and multi-family rehabs & construction, portfolio acquisitions, finance, and sales.

Hillarie has a passion for rehabbing residential properties and is often known for saying, “How can we help you make more money?” She loves to educate, train, and coach - focusing on helping others and building lasting relationships.

In addition to real estate, Hillarie is a mom of 2 kids, has a husband who runs a landscaping business, loves to cook, and is a proud momma to a golden doodle.

  2. Thoroughly analyze potential investments and understand local ordinances before diving in.
  3. Build a strong team of professionals, including a real estate attorney, CPA, and property manager.
