In this episode, I had on Jason Malabute, former CPA & real estate investor. Jason is a former CPA that took interest in a client's work when he saw how much passive income that his client had been making in real estate. In 2019 he began buying single family homes and decided to scale to multi-family in 2020. Jason truly went all in on his business, selling his single family properties & his assets from being a CPA.
