Today I spoke with Tayisha Beard she is originally from New Orleans, LA, and currently resides in Gonzales, Louisiana with her husband and two children. She earned her bachelor's degree from Louisiana Tech University, is currently pursuing her MBA at Southern University, and is a member of The International Business Honor Society (Beta Gamma Sigma). She's also a member of the Junior League of Baton Rouge and a member of the NAACP Gonzales chapter. She aims to be a model of ambition and drive so that her children, as well as other women and minorities in her community, will know they do not have to choose between success in business and a loving environment at home.

We discussed the following topics:

1. Having the drive to do more and make an impact is essential for success.
2. Overcoming fear and taking the first step is crucial in achieving goals.
3. Having a supportive circle of like-minded individuals is important for growth.
4. Faith and belief in abundance are key to breaking free from mental shackles.
5. Creating a legacy for future generations is a powerful motivator.
