She moved to the US 9 and a half years ago to pursue her master's degree at the University of Pennsylvania and was the first in her family to do so. Chutima and her partner found real estate investing shortly after, and Chutima has been able to find her own sources of income and build wealth while balancing her full-time W2 job in financial acquisitions.
