Motivation is a Myth and Consistency is Supreme
We often have an urge to do things and get the results the very next day, it is only possible in REEL life not in REAL life. Motivation is a Myth A delusion Reality That will put you back to procrastination.

The things You always wanted to do and end up delaying or starting and quitting too soon.
MOTIVATION is a short burst of impulsive action that we take when we feel excited about something we have been procrastinating on for months. When was the last time you finished what you have started maybe you quit? Maybe you did start but you got confused.
If you kept on thinking that one day you’ll get money and you will start investing eg: on your diet, financial investment, etc, etc, this one day will never come in your life or in my life the power of now is the starting point of being consistent towards the things which you desire for.
What makes a Successful Human being and a Mediocre Human Being is Consistency.
If motivation is the fuel for your desire then your definition of getting things in your life is wrong. Consistency is loving the process Consistency is doing things which you today is not the right time to see the result, but one day, this thing I am putting my time into has a great outcome.
Consistently going to the gym despite looking the same in the mirror is what desire and hunger for a goal look like. Just showing up in the gym doesn't give you the result people do show up in the gym, but they have a poor diet and poor focus, so they don't see results. So work ethic is the fuel for consistency in doing the same things over and over again but quality things. not quantity if showing up in a place that is out of your comfort zone will help you to reach your goals everyone must have a great physique like Arnold what matter is Showing up no matter what fuck happened to your life you showed up just for yourself your dreams your goals and you will put quality work ethic and you pack up for the next day. This is what consistency looks like.
How Consistency Will Change your life.
Imagine You wanted to do one thing which is really important to you and it has a good compound effect on your life but you’re waiting for good timing motivation and money I understand money plays an important role too if you need something to get started with something. You Just need to figure out what you have right now and what you can do with what you have and how to make good use of it.
This is how you can get started with your goal. The best advice I'll give you is to give yourself a deadline and achieve a byte size target that you know it's Lil bit challenging but you can do it at the end of the day. Plan your Goal how you will execute and when it should be completed. And you just need to show up and start doing your byte size target of the day feeling lazy Just show up at the study table if your target is to study today, feeling lazy to go to the gym just go for a walk with your gym and you subconsciously will be ended up in the gym try it (it works when you’re already a gym goer). Keep things Easy and Simple. Our brains hate complicated things like your study desk is not organized you won't study if your gym bag is not organized or some accessories are missing while you’re going to the gym your brain will think it's hard to cope with my goal and you will not enjoy the process make things frictionless.
