I'm not afraid of death, not an old physicist.I'm afraid of time.We often take advantage of our Me time and we keep this meantime to some person which they don't valuate. In this meantime we entertain a lot of people which we don't care about.Hello guys, this is soil Mesa. Welcome back to another podcast discover with soil Mirza and in today's podcast we'll be talking about the importance of me time so we will talk about me time. What is me? Time for me me time is enjoying the things which I do like reading books, going to the gym, watching some Netflix, eating good food, playing with my cat. This is my me time.In this meantime, I don't entertain my parents. I don't entertain anyone in my in this meantime. The benefit of having this me time at least one hour a day will maintain a good balance between all the relationship with all the relationships you have right now. How to maintain your me time with your busy schedule. Back in 2020 when we were facing lockdown, I was giving my full time and energy to people.Which I found that they don't care about my time. In 2021, I started prioritizing my time. I started using my time effectively and then again I got hit by productivity burnout. So this one hour of me time I finally discovered this one hour of my time and I implemented in my schedule this one hour of me time includes gym and listening to podcasts, listening to music. Good food is in this one hour window. I usually do things and in this one.However, I don't entertain anyone after that one hour I try to reply my close ones. It's been one year. I'm using this one hour mean time window in my productivity hours. So this one hour window help me to grow in my relationship with everyone. We have 24 hours per day.You have the same hours. I have the same hours. For example you sleep 8 hours a day. I sleep usually 6 to 8 hours,
