Hello everyone, welcome back to another episode of podcast. Reading self-help book will make you depressed in your life if you don't follow it correctly and reading too much self help book doesn't add any value to your life. So in this topic we will be talking about how many books you should read for self help. If I tell you that you just need three books for your self help, any kind of self help, financial self-help, mental health, self-help, any kind of habit. You just need three books. That's it, so you need to read these three books throughout your career. OK, so you need to read that much. Only if I tell you that I have only three self-help book which I rely on to, and I read them again and again reading extra self-help book is good, but at the end of the day I rely on these three books. One is who says you can't you do by Daniel Chidiac and one more book is 12 rules for life. By Jordan Peterson and for financial Aspect, one book is think and grow rich. You just need three books. I have seen many people read a lot of self-help book but ended up doing nothing. No implementation, no result, nothing. So what I will tell you is you just need these three books not the same which I read. Anyone with any book you like it you think it has value in it and it provides value to your life? So you just need three books and read them consistently and make notes throughout reading those books and try to implement small small chapters, small small paragraphs which the author says in your life and see the result. If you ever feel stuck in your life, revert back to this book and read some chapter which you feel that. It's relevant to your current life scenario, so these self-help book has similar impact in everyone's life. But the meaning of the self-help book remains the same. Every self-help book you will see that there is 3 qualities in it. Consistency, implementation and patient. Every self-help book has this 3 natures in it, so why why? You should need hundreds of self-help book to just to learn these three things in your life. You just need to learn these three things from just three books which you find helpful.
