Hello everyone, welcome back to another episode of Podcast Discover with Sohail Mirza and today's topic is how thoughts become things. How our thought process work. When we look at something we think about it so.If we have a vision of attaining some goal in our life, we have a vision and we think about it. So if you think about that thought and.You try to implement whatever things you have right now towards your goal and whatever amount of time you can put into your goals, so your thought can become things in your real life.And I will tell you 2 scenarios. If a person implements thoughts and if a person only things and doesn't implement thoughts. So what we call them you you must be familiar about this kind of person. We call them procrastinators. They only think about something and in their mind they are millionaire billionaire and everything they wanted to be in their life. But what they lack is implementation of their thoughts.So if you think about doing some kind of goal, if you want to reduce some body weight, you have a thought in your mind and you have visualized yourself 10 KG down or £5 down.5 to £20 down or maybe 10G, whatever the weight is, So what you will do is you will just.Try to implement whatever you have right now to reach that goal so you have time with you. You have good food with you, you have good access to Internet, so you can learn from Internet how to reduce fat body fat body weight.And try to learn from it and try to implement that thing and try to visualize yourself with six pack or whatever shape you want to be in your life. Slim Body, beach body, anything. So this is how your thoughts will become things. And if we compare with the procrastinator who only thinks about these things, you can compare it with a 11th grade student who have nothing to do in his life who have just friends and just dreams.But once they get graduated, they regret about things which didn't do in their teens and in their start early 20s. So why this happens? Because they think most of the time they think, but they don't implement what they think about the good ideas and thoughts. So if I compare with these two people with a puppy person with a goal having to reduce body fat and a person.To just to look good in the mirror with the 11 great kit.So you will see that one person implements a lot of things which they have in their life right now and they make good use of it. But if a person have.Any everything more than you and doesn't implement their life, they are just wasting their time towards their goal and they are just procrastinator and try to avoid this kind of person in your life and don't hang out with this kind of person. They will drag you down for sure and how not to be that person. If ever had a thought about it that you want to read three books this month or you want to be good to a person which you love the most you want to.Be good with them. Make good relationship with them. What you will do. You have a thought about it? You just need to implement it. Implement in a small micro manner so that you can. You can reach your goal, your thought and you can see your thought vision into reality. Any time zone. One thing I will tell you, the last thing thoughts is for the kids.And taught with implementation is for the adults.We are adults, some of them are haven't grown up yet, but if you are implementing your thoughts that put yourself in the category of implementing adults and if you are not implementing your thoughts, that means you are still a kid.
