Last Minisode I talked about the 5 rules for a perfect at-home workout, so I wanted to cover nutrition on this one. There are few things we have control of during this time, but the food we eat is one of them. That being said, I don't expect everyone to be counting every calorie and making sure they eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies per day when they have real shit going on. So, to make things as easy as possible, I decided to give 5 super practical and simple rules to implement to keep your nutrition on track. You don't need militant structure, but having *some* type of structure can go a long way and this Minisode will explain how. Hope it helps.
