I'm a firm believer that fitness should make your life better, not worse. But so many people are treating their fitness goals as something they are "compelled" to stick to, no matter what. This creates an unhealthy relationship when eating healthy and exercising becomes something you NEED to do, instead of something you WANT to do.

So in this Minisode, I wanted to talk about how to work *with* yourself to reach your fitness goals, not against yourself. Life is already hard enough without berating yourself for not hitting your calorie goal or workout for the day. I share my best tips, along with a story, in this Minisode to help you out.
