Unlike the other millennials out there (with no kids) telling you their optimized 23-step morning routine, this is going to be 3 practical things you can ACTUALLY do to start the day off strong. There's no cold showers, crystal rituals, or self-journaling about how much of a gift you are to the earth — we live in real life here.
