I asked my Instagram followers what they were struggling with right now and the overwhelming response was trying to find motivation for home-workouts. And I get it, it's tough. But I recently heard of the concept of "micro-workouts" and thought it was a great idea. High frequency, low intensity, but super quick workouts sprinkled in throughout the day. Instead of doing one session a day for 60 minutes, you'd do 6 "workouts" for 10 minutes each. They're all based around simple foundational movements and require minimal equipment. For some of you who are working from home, these can be crucial to keeping you energized and limber throughout the day.
