As the country begins to open up again, more and more people will be going on vacation and trying to stay on track with their fitness goals. Or, at least, trying to minimize the damage (hence the title, "be less fat").
In this Minisode, I wanted to go over my best tips and advice that I've used myself, but also given to the hundreds of online fitness clients that I've worked with over the years.
