In Minisode #48, I explained to you guys how to lose fat. In this Minisode, I'm going to cover how to gain muscle. In both of these, I don't give any long explanations or justifications for what I'm telling you. I'm compressing all of my experience and knowledge—as a Registered Dietitian, a personal trainer, and someone who has personally coached hundreds of people to get in better shape—into actionable advice without the fluff.

When someone says "Just tell me what to do," this Minisode is my answer.
