Dieting is hard. And one of the hardest parts is staying on track after you've had a long week at work. Monday through Thursday is often a breeze because we have a routine, we have work, and our days are mostly repetitive. But when the weekend comes, all of that goes out the window, with our diet plans following. So in this Minisode, I wanted to give some practical strategies that I use with myself and clients to combat overeating on the weekends. Hope it helps!
