As I've gotten older and my priorities change, I'm not able to work out and eat as healthy as I used to. When I was in college, it was easier to make it to the gym 5-6 days a week and track every calorie I consumed. I was like a machine. But now—with bills, travel, relationship, career, and hobbies—fitness has taken a back seat by necessity.
The issue is that my priorities have changed, but my expectations haven't. I still want to look, feel, and move better than the average person, but I still want a life. So I've had to find the middle ground, and that's what this Minisode is about.
Particularly, my new product, Automated Fitness 2.0, was the solution I've been looking for. It's helped me make fitness as effortless as possible, almost like putting it on autopilot. And if what I'm saying sounds like something you struggle with, too, then you should click the link below to learn more.
