Intermittent Fasting is a popular diet where people tend to fast for 12-16 hours and have an eating window of 8-12 hours. It's most commonly used by people who enjoy eating less frequent, but larger meals at a time. This makes it convenient for those with busy schedules and works well for many people. The question, however, is do the benefits outweigh the costs? For some of you, it may. For others, not so much.
