We're seven months into one of the craziest years in a long time. We're all doing our best. Times are uncertain and it's almost as if 2020 has trap doors waiting for us around every turn. So I wanted to do a solo podcast on how I've been navigating things like my health, my mood, my career, my hobbies, my emotions, my relationships, etc.
More than anything, 2020 has given me clarity on what's important and what's not. It's forced me to step my shit up because you never know when something like Coronavirus is going to hit. It's made me mentally reset and "trim the fat" on what I should or shouldn't be focusing on, and that's what I wanted to discuss in this podcast episode.
