The way I eat throughout the day is second nature to me, so I don't think too much into it. But then I realize, maybe other people would benefit from my thought process for what I eat each day, meal to meal. So that's that this Minisode is about.
I cover the two questions I always ask myself before each meal, what I eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, my pre-workout and post-workout meal/snack strategy, one way I balance out my calories so that I don't have to weigh my food, and more.
