There's two different camps in fitness right now: 1) those who are more "evidence-based" and think that supplements are basically useless, and 2) those who think supplements are the holy grail to their gainz and health. Both are wrong and, as with most nutrition advice, the answer lies somewhere in the middle. Some supplements *are* effective and in this Minisode, I go over my top 8 that you should consider trying if you don't already.
