Since the beginning of time, sugar has been one of the most demonized sources of energy. People ask: Is sugar bad for you? If yes, is fruit bad for you? What about if you consume it post-workout? Does sugar make you fat? Can you eat sugar on a diet? How much can you eat each day? And the list goes on and on.

So, I wanted to clear the air as much as I could during this Minisode. I didn't cover absolutely everything about sugar, but I covered the basic questions above and gave some practical advice on how to enjoy sugar in moderation.

As many will try to convince you, I don't think it's the devil. But I also don't think we should purposefully see how much sugar we can "get away with" in our diets. There's always a middle ground. Check it out and I hope you enjoy.
