Not gonna lie, I was fired up in this one. As a Registered Dietitian and someone who's worked with many people on this type of stuff, I have a passion for dispelling fact from fallacy. And with the rise of social media influencers preaching the importance of body positivity, there's plenty of fallacies out there. In this Minisode, I wanted to share my own experience with gaining more confidence, the missing piece of the body positivity movement, why this isn't about equating size or appearance with health, the importance of identifying your shortcomings, and how to build true self-love and confidence.
