Description

If you follow fitness people on social media, in magazines, or on podcasts, it can seem that you need to be in a perpetual state of "watching your diet." You need to always be in a calorie deficit or tracking what you eat if you want to get lean and stay lean. But, to me, this is no way to live. There's a time and place to be focused on your fat loss, but it should be a much smaller time and place than you are focused on... literally anything else. In this Minisode, I discuss the misconceptions people have around dieting and how to balance this with living a "normal," un-obsessive, healthy lifestyle.

**PS: If you could rate and review the podcast, it would mean the world to me and it would help get the word out to others just like us so we can continue building this amazing, one-of-a-kind community.**
