You hear people say it all the time: write down your goals, visualize yourself reaching them, and do daily affirmations until you check off each one. It makes us feel good. It gives us hope. But goals can also be a crutch for not dealing with your current reality. You can put off your internal demons by simply chasing another goal.

In this Minisode, I talk about the importance of negative visualization and imagining how you'd feel if you never reached the fitness goals you're after—could you still be happy? It's important to think about, and I hope this Minisode encourages you to do just that.
