I wanted to be blunt in this one. The Intermittent Fasting (IF) benefits have been shouted from the rooftops for a while, so I had to give an objective look at the pros and cons. IF *can* work well for many people, but it can also exacerbate deeper issues in others. I just want to make sure you have all the facts about fat loss, autophagy, gaining muscle with IF, and much more. I don't think you'll be disappointed with this Minisode! Enjoy.
