Somatic or somatics is any practice/s that uses the mind-body connection. It helps you search your internal self and listen to the signals that your body sends. These signals could be areas of pain, imbalance, or discomfort, and somatics allows you to access the ways your body hold on to these experiences. Experts believe this knowledge combined with the understanding about nervous system, can help you towards wellness and healing.
