Description

Failure is a part of all of our lives. We all take a shameful approach to understanding our own failures, blaming ourselves and not the actions we committed that got us there. Morgan Housel; author of The Psychology Of Money, writes about how we should understand the percentage of luck that goes into any given endeavor. Once we know this, our self-judgment will decrease, giving us more clarity as to if our failure was tied to actions, or a result of factors we cannot control.
