Molly Fletcher became a sports agent in the highest levels of professional sports at a time when it was exceedingly rare for a woman to do so. Her list of clients included Hall of Fame pitcher Dave Smoltz. She is coming to speak at the campus of Carthage College on Monday, November 7th at 12 noon, for the Spotlight on Sports Series.
