This episode was speaking with Carlos, a Afro-Latino man who has worked in the spaces of applied behavior analysis, health and wellness, as well as being a mental health advocate. In this episode, Carlos describes his experiences growing up in different parts of the world staying between both of his parents homes, getting into his career field and the various challenges he had to overcome, as well as trying to support and uplift those from his community as it is important for him to be of service and take his knowledge and skills in the health and wellness spaces and help others to implement it into their own lives.
