Description

This was a special episode to cap off Season 1, recorded live for the first time in Bangkok, Thailand. This episode's guest was Camila Gomez, a mental health advocate and teacher in training to discuss life in the U.K., family challenges, cultural differences, personal development, and the need for more people to seek out mental health therapy when they are in need.

Topics explored in this episode were: individual upbringing with a unique family structure, life in the U.K. versus Colombia, sibling relationships, cultural values and how they may impact us, personal development and mental health therapy, and much more. Having these diverse conversations with individuals from different parts of the world leads to engaging discussions and opportunities to learn, particularly with current male and female relations communication challenges in our society.
