A bit more about our guest:
Katherine Schadewald, Founder of Deliver Workforce Solutions is a workforce specialist. Schadewald is passionate about helping businesses to plan for and develop a workforce by analyzing their employee processes and developing and improving them.
Schadewald graduated as the first woman Tool and Diemaker from General Electric and obtained multiple degrees and certifications in management engineering technology, curriculum and instruction, and administration. Her passion was building and improving career technical programs to prepare students for college and careers. Her latest programs were Aerospace, Informatics, and Automated Materials Joining Technology. After that project, she turned to working with businesses to help them build their seamless employee pipelines.
