Joshua Kelley, also known as Harpy Daniels. Joshua is an active duty
2nd Class Petty Officer in the US Navy and was named the first Digital
Ambassador for the Navy. Find out what happened after that was announced

Joshua Kelley is an active duty 2nd Class Petty Officer in the US Navy.
Currently serving 7 years, deployed the Western Pacific. While in Japan
2016-2019 he received 2 Navy Achievements from Western Pacific
Deployment.
In 2018 The Public Media Titled Harpy Daniels, Josh's Drag Persona, as
"The Navy Drag Queen." Harpy Daniels has performed in full drag on the
USS Ronald Reagan during their deployment. Joshua received media
coverage on NBC, Navy Times, Gay Star News, and many others with 5.1M
views. Currently stationed in VA (2019 to present). Received two Sailor
of the Quarter awards and a Navy Achievement Medal. Community Leader and
advocate to local area, volunteered with Hampton Roads as Military
Liaison and Communication chairman (2021-2022) & Stonewall sport
asst. Events Director(2020-2021). He was appointed as first Navy Digital
Ambassador during the pilot from March 2022 to November 2023, being the
first LGBTQ+ Sailor representation and Drag Queen.
