The holiday season is drawing closer, and it is no secret that this time of year can be a smoldering cauldron of anxiety for many of us. It is normal to feel stressed and overwhelm over the holidays. Setting boundaries may feel uncomfortable, and it may make people upset, but in the long run healthy boundaries are worth it for your well-being!
