Ti Hamblin has been with the Rangely Police Department since 2011 and is currently serving as chief of police. Tracy has been there since August 2020, newly named the PIO. Tracy is from Rhode Island originally and Cheif Ti Hamblin is from Grand Junction, Colorado.
