What's good guys! Happy Friday! I had the great opportunity to host Professional Basketball player DeShaun Thomas who was Mr. Basketball for the State of Indiana and Mcdonald's All American in 2010. DeShaun is a Fort Wayne, Indiana native and was drafted in the second round by the San Antonio Spurs in the 2013 NBA Draft. In this episode, DeShaun shares what it was like to be a high profile player coming up in grassroots basketball, being the number one 8th grader in the country, committing to Ohio State University and leaving there as the top 10 scorer in program history, playing in the top league in Europe (Euro League), and opportunity he had to play for Hall of Famer Coach Rick Pitino in Panathinaikos, Greece this past year and much more!
