We are so conditioned to be everything for everyone else. In my solace I’ve learned that you must come first. In this episode I dive deep into personal experiences that have brought me here. I am on a new level, new characters are unlocked. It feels good to truly care for myself in a manner in which I never did. I was the ultimate people pleaser not anymore. I come first. I’ve realized that whoever doesn’t like me choosing me isn’t meant to be in my life. My peace, my joy comes first. If you find yourself here just know it’s a lonely walk because not everyone will understand this new wisdom. Be gentle, be patient because healing will occur here, growth is almost guaranteed.
