Description

Brandon is pursuing an academic career in Neuroscience, and comes into this session with a big question: How can I reach the big career success I desire in a highly specialized field, without sacrificing the diversity of my many interests and talents?

Together, we uncover his big career vision, working at highly esteemed institutions like MIT. He is frustrated about his training being so focused about factual knowledge and not about the big abstract questions. We stumble upon limiting beliefs around 'making sacrifices', having to work 80 hours a week in order to succeed, and Brandon's belief that he needs to wait until tenured professorship to be able to engage with the high-level philosophical questions that got him hooked on Neuroscience to begin with.

I help Brandon understand that he doesn't need to keep waiting. Instead, he can already start creating his own opportunities to do the high level thinking, here and now. All it takes, is to conform less and rebel more...

Please make sure to listen through to the end of this session, where the biggest mindset shifts take place!
