Learn why it's important to get 7 continuous hours of sleep.
I have been lucky and often fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow. However, as I have aged, sleep is more elusive. I fall asleep but don't make it the full 7 continuous hours and wake up around 4 AM. Most of my adult friends have had major issues sleeping, so I knew this was a subject I wanted to research and share with everyone on my podcast.
