These shows were made with love. They are for people with autoimmune diseases, like me, for cancer survivors, for people with heart disease, for moms who want to raise healthy children, and for everyone else that is healthy and wants to stay that way.

My goal is to inspire people to be their healthiest by making lifestyle changes to improve their health.

This show will become a podcast starting in May 2020 on RGH TV/Voice America and will be an international podcast.

My shows release on Thursdays. This week's show is on stress. Every organ in our bodies is impacted by chronic stress. I almost let the tiger catch me and eat me. My cortisol was only a hair above Addison's Disease when I got sick. I now do little exercise daily to release it before it becomes chronic. I just published a little desktop book on my exercises so that everyone can keep the book close to utilize one exercise intermittently throughout the day. This book is my gift to people who read and review my second book.

My concept is to cover a topic on health and eliminating toxins one week, and then every other week is an interview with someone who got very ill, owned it, dug in, and found a way to return to relative wellness. I want to inspire ill people to know that they can make changes in their life that will support their bodies to return to relative wellness. For example, I will always have an autoimmune disease. Once someone topples over from toxic load, there is no going back. But I have gone from horrendous pain to no pain, all from eliminating toxins and changing my stress levels, how I eat, and how many hours of sleep I get.

Our bodies want to heal. So we have to give them the right nutrition and other components so our bodies CAN heal.

These podcasts contain very interesting stories that will inspire you to do everything in your power to research and find answers for your health. My goal in my Tell Me Your Story series is to give you hope and inspire you to be proactive in your own life so that you can rise up and be all you can be.

I wanted others to share their stories because these people didn't give up, did own their own health, and kept searching for solutions. I want to give you hope that you can find solutions if you own your own health, no matter what is making you feel lousy. Own it. Have robust conversations with your medical professionals. Hire a coach to lead you through all the lifestyle changes that can make a huge difference in your health. You don't need permission to make lifestyle changes from anyone; they won't interrupt whatever you are doing with your MD. But they could make just the difference you are looking for.

I am a health coach and can help you remove toxins from your environment and food. You would set your own goals, and I would hold you accountable to them. I can help you identify where they are and how to find replacements.
