Not only is this the "hat show" but Greg and Ryan roll out general contracting services for real estate clients and non-clients. 

Naptown Homes LLC (with Greg as part-owner) will manage all types of residential rehab projects. They will also manage inspection repairs as well as elective upgrades. 

 

The guys will also provide advice and guidance on what repairs are necessary, what upgrades add value and which ones are purely elective.
