Do you ever wish life had a control panel just like a VCR?
If you could fast forward, you might miss the magical moments that are right under your nose.
If you press play, you could add a little fun, curiosity, and lightheartedness to your mothering.
If you rewind, you will not only intentionally capture memories but also reflect on special moments at the end of each day.
If you could eject, you would be able to take a complete break from motherhood.
This is a topic that is close to my heart after having seen how death can come at any moment and going through my own mommy burnout. I want to help other moms enjoy their children while they are still young, their parents while they are still alive and just suffer less. Sounds good right?
The word of the day is EMPIRICAL which means based on, concerned with, or verifiable by observation or experience rather than theory or pure logic.
