In Ecclesiastes 3, Solomon evaluates time and seasons of life. Do you ever think to yourself, "If I can just get through this season of life, then it will be better?" Or maybe, I can't wait until I'm at that level." The thing is, there's always going to be another level and another season. God wants us to be present where He has placed us in the here and now. He wants us to experience Him fully now - on earth. He wants us to pursue Him, heart and soul. We walk through different seasons in life so God can grow us and polish us and prepare us for a glorious eternity with Him. If you repent and humbly submit your heart and life to Jesus, your citizenship is in heaven. This is all temporary and everything God gives us is meant to be stewarded well for His glory and His eternal Kingdom. We need to remain laser focused on Jesus, pursue His holiness, and continue falling more and more in love with Him in and through every season He brings us to. Today is a gift from God and He has purpose in it for His glory and your good. Give thanks to God in the middle of the mess and keep chasing Jesus with all your guts, no matter what.
